A Note from MischaIn loving memory of Danielle Leon
We often get lost in the mundane—the day-to-day operations and routines. Waking up, brushing our teeth, going to work or school, tending to kids, making dinner, scrolling endlessly, and falling into bed. Our minds fill with stories of the past and worries about the future, leaving little space for the present. In that space, we sometimes sink into depression or stir up our own anxieties.
Yet, even though parts of life are sad, hard, and troubling, there is also beauty, love, and abundance—often found in the simplest moments. It’s in the everyday things we take for granted, the very things others might be praying for.
Spring is a beautiful reminder that nothing stays bare, dark, or gray forever. Eventually, the sun shines again, flowers bloom, and birds sing their songs. When we take the time to notice and embrace nature’s rhythms, we calm our minds and lift our souls. We are nature, and when we move in harmony with the world around us—rather than resisting it—we tap into a joy that feels divine.
So remember to breathe deeply and slowly. It calms your nervous system, strengthens your organs, heals your endocrine system, and quiets your thoughts. Slow movements create a slower, more peaceful mind.
Begin and end your day in gratitude. The more we focus on what we’re thankful for, the more of it we’ll experience.
Write down your thoughts. Journaling is a powerful tool for release and manifestation—a little bit of everyday magic.
And above all, be kind to yourself. Your body is always listening and responding to your thoughts and words.
Life is a short story. Make sure you write it the way you want it to be told.
Much love and peace,Mischa
