Expanding Horizons with Travel & Education: by Tori

I’ve always believed that you don’t grow old until you stop growing. Two of

my favorite ways to grow are through education and travel — and when I can

combine both? Bonus.

No matter what you do in life, continuing to learn keeps things fresh. It brings

new perspectives, whether it’s in your current field or something totally outside

your comfort zone. And travel? It expands your view of the world. Experiencing

different cultures pulls you out of the everyday and into something vibrant,

unexpected — and sometimes necessary.

Recently, I had the chance to do both. I traveled to London for the Salon Inter-

national Hair Show, followed by an incredible class at the opening of the new

Vidal Sassoon Academy. The experience was inspiring — new collections, new

space, new energy. Afterward, my husband & I hopped on a train to Paris, where

we soaked in a completely different culture, while still learning & exploring.

Why does this matter to our clients and team? Because growth fuels creativity.

Every new experience I bring back — whether from a classroom or a new city —

shows up behind the chair. It shows up in how we teach, how we collaborate,

and how we serve you.

The bottom line: get out there. Push boundaries. Make space for new experiences

And whatever you do — keep growing.
